I help people buy their first home, sort finance for their next one (or an investment) or refinance their current loans - pretty much anything money-and-property related, I’m your girl.
I started New Perspective (previously known as Finance with Kobe) because I kept seeing how confusing and overwhelming finance was for everyone else, and figured someone needed to make it make sense. Fast forward to now, I’ve helped a tonne of people get into homes, picked up FBAA New Broker of the Year, and was a finalist for Thought Leader of the Year at the Better Business Awards. Cool stuff! But my favourite moments are still just clients texting me “wait, that actually made sense” after I explain something.
I’m still that same person who’ll break things down in normal English and actually get excited about your wins with you. Only difference now is I’ve got a proper team backing me up, so you’re never left wondering what’s going on.
Less “intimidating broker,” more “friend who happens to be really good at finance.” That’s the vibe.

Josie's been broking for 4 years, with a background in politics before that. So paperwork really is her love language! Raised in Lismore and based in Yass, NSW, she helps first home and family buyers get through one of life's biggest decisions without losing their minds over it. Plain English, every step explained, your wins celebrated like they're hers.
Outside of work you'll find her deep in a book, replaying Taylor Swift for the hundredth time, or hanging out with her ragdoll cats, Maisie and Murphy.
She's the one keeping it all running behind the scenes, so your home-buying journey stays easy, light, and actually enjoyable.

Meet Rhi
Rhi has clocked over 10 years in finance, so she's seen pretty much every lender curveball there is and still makes it feel simple on your end.
Grew up in Yass, now calls Canberra home, and has owned multiple properties herself, so she's not just talking theory, she's actually done the buying thing more than once. Kind, genuine, and a total hard worker, Rhi's all about finding the strategy that fits your actual life, not just ticking boxes on an application.
Outside of broking, she's owned by her two corgis, who definitely run the household more than she does.

Meet FLORA
If something needs to happen behind the scenes, Flora’s already done it.
Data entry, document collection, rate reviews - you name it, she’s across it, and somehow makes it look easy.
She’s also a big reason clients end up with unreal savings on their home loans, quietly working away on rate reviews so you’re never just sitting on a deal that could be better.
Based in the Philippines, Flora keeps everything ticking along so the rest of the team can focus on you. When she’s not deep in admin, she’s watching K-Dramas or historical dramas (genuine expert at this point) or spending time with her family.
Honestly, an absolute gun and the reason everything happens on time, every time.
